  *** Foreign Clients can not use Margin Contract (Clause 4- Article 9- Circular 203/2015/TT-BTC) 

Foreign Organization:

• 2 Account opening contract 
• 1 OTP Confirmation Form
• 1 Form 41
• 1 Power of Attoney
• 1 Establishment license (Notarized)
• 1 Passport of Legal representative (Notarized)
• 1 Registration of seal sample (Notarized)
• 1 Certificate of foreign ownership holding more than 50% of charter capital (still valid)
• 1 Authorization to sign Account (if N/A)

Profile include:

• The authorization contract is notarized at the Notary Office / local government.
• Identity card of the authorizing party and authorized party
  *** In the contract form, there are 10 contents of authorization, but can be added / removed by agreement and must be shown on the authorization contract immediately.

You can change your account information in the following ways:

1.Change on K-home or K-Pro:

2.Come to the office:  ***be prepare ID Card/Passport

3.Sending via letter address

Account closing fee: VND 50,000

When a client wants to close a securities account at KIS, there is no money or security left in the account.
