1. SERCURITIES TRADING FEES
Trading of stocks, fund units and covered warrants
Aggregate transaction value under VND 100 million/day 0.3%
Aggregate transaction value from VND 100 million to under VND 500 million/day 0.25%
Aggregate transaction value from VND 500 million to under VND 1 billion/day 0.2%
Aggregate transaction value from VND 1 billion/day 0.15%
Bonds 0.1%
2. Securities Depository fees
Custody fees of shares, covered warrants VND 0.27/share, covered warrant/month
Bonds VND 0.18/bond/month (maximum VND 2.000.000/month)
3. Charges for transfer of the right will be not through transaction system
Founding shareholders are in the time of transfer restriction in accordance with the law 0.2% value of ownership transfer
The transfer cases are approved by competent state agencies

Transfer of sercurities ownership of public companies which have registered sercurities at VSD but have not, not listed/ registered for trading on the Stock Exchange

 0.2% value of ownership transfer for stocks and fund certificates 

0.005% value of ownership transfer for Bonds)
Donating, giving, inheriting 0.1% value of ownership transfer for stocks, fund certificates, covered warrant

0.005% value of ownership transfer for Bonds 
4. Sercurites Transfer
Transfer to make payment for SELL sercurities transactions 0.3 VND/stock/time/code (maximum 300.000VND/time/code)
Transfer sercurities between investors’ accounts at different members 0.3 VND/stock/time/code (maximum 300.000VND/time/code)
Transfer sercurities to make payments 0.3 VND/stock/time/code (maximum 300.000VND/time/code)
Transfer to account selltement 0.3 VND/stock/time/code (maximum 300.000VND/time/code)
5. Other Service
Stock withdrawal 100.000 VND/document
Transfer of rights to buy addiional shares:
– Same company 50.000 VND/document
– Different company 100.000 VND/document
Close Account Transfer fee + 50.000 VND
Reissue OTP card 50.000 VND/card
Donating, giving, inheriting 100.000 VND/time
