Dynam Capital is led by former VietNam Holding Asset Management chief executive officer Vu Quang Thinh.
The change in investment manager will take effect on July 16. VietNam Holding will pay Dynam a management fee equivalent to 1.5% of net assets up to USD300 million, 1.3% of net asset from USD300 to USD600 million and 1% of net assets over USD600 million.
VietNam Holding reached a settlement agreement with its previous manager VietNam Holding Asset Management (VNHAM) to terminate the managing agreement on July 15.
“Under the settlement agreement VNHAM will be paid the regular management fee until July 15, the contractual incentive fee for the financial year ended June 30 and a payment of USD1.1 million in respect of all other claims,” the company said.
VietNam Holding shares were trading 0.4% lower at 2.60 pence each.
