The firm should have reported the proceeds use on Oct 14, 2012 but until Oct 17, 2012 the company reported the proceeds use progress.
The firm attributed the late submission to the mistake in delivering the documents, the firm said in a filing posted on the HOSE’s website on Oct 18.
In details, the firm disbursed VND800 billion from the new share sale to pay for receiving land use right and basic construction following progress of the projects as ensured in its prospectus.
