STG: BOD resolution dated December 28, 2018

Based on the Board resolution No.096, the BOD approved a merger between South Logistics Joint Stock Company (STG) and Sotrans Infrastructure Investment Com. Ltd (SII).

Based on the Board resolution No.098, the BOD approved to transfer its stake in Sotrans Ha Tinh Com. Ltd to Vietranstimex Multi Modal Transport Holding Company (Vietranstimex).

Based on the Board resolution No.099, the BOD approved the dissolution of Lo-Gi-Stic Gefco-Sotrans at No.55-57 Nguyen Van Giai Street, Da Kao Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
