The firm explained that water source poured into the reservoir of Krong H’nang hydropower plant in the period was much little, which lowered revenue to VND6.4 billion during the quarter, much lower than VND30.6 billion a year ago.
The HOSE-listed company generated net revenue of VND9 billion in the quarter, down 71.5% from a year back. Also, financial income was down 11.54% on year to VND115 million in the period.
In 9M/2012, the firm earned VND9.5 billion net profit on VND92.9 billion net revenue, up 43.4% but down 9% from one year before, respectively.
As at September 30, 2012, SBA had VND711 billion loans and long-term debts including VND661 billion borrowing from Phu Yen Development Bank for the Krong H’Nang Hydropower Project.
