HND: Extraordinary General Mandate 2018

Approve the following content from the 2018 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders: Supplement Mr. Ta Cong Hoan being Member of Board of Directors term 2017 – 2022 of Hai Phong Thermal Power Joint Stock Company.

This Mandate was built, approved totally at the 2018 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Hai Phong Thermal Power Joint Stock Company.

Members of Board of Directors, Board of Supervisors, General Manager of the Company assigned to enforce this Mandate as their functions, duties suitably with the laws and the Charter of the Company.
