Approving Mr. Ha Phu Thinh (Deputy Director of VNPT Ha Noi, Chairman of BOD of HAS) previously represented the stake of VND14.1 billion, equivalent to 17.63% charter capital of HAS. Now, he will represent the stake of VND10 billion, equivalent to 12.5% charter capital of HAS.
Approving to appoint Mr. Nguyen Duy Thang (member of BOD of HAS) as stake representative of VND4.1 billion, equivalent to 5.13% charter capital of HAS.
