HAR: Decision on tax penalties

1. Based on the decision of tax inspection dated October 06, 2017:

–       Penalty for false declaration: VND50,900,611

–       Value added tax arrears: VND479,235,336

–       Corporate income tax arrears: VND167,358,721

–       Personal income tax arrears: VND332,805,490

–       Late payment: VND84,583,022.

2. Based on the decision of tax inspection dated September 18, 2018:

–       Penalty for false declaration: VND12,677,797

–       Corporate income tax arrears: VND63,388,985

–       Late payment: VND18,376,467.

3. Based on the decision of tax inspection dated December 05, 2018:

–       Penalty for false declaration: VND48,420,000

–       Value added tax arrears in 2016&2017: VND121,050,000

–       Corporate income tax arrears: VND121,050,000

–       Late payment: VND33,266,700.
