Article 1: Approving the divestment in Dong Giang Brick Joint Stock Company, specifically:

– Total capital contribution in Dong Giang Brick Joint Stock Company: 2,450,000 shares, equivalent to VND 24,500,000,000, accounting for 49% of the total charter capital of the Company.

– Expected capital withdrawal: VND24,500,000,000:

– The remaining owned capital after divestment: VND0;

– Form: Selling 2,450,000 shares currently owned to Mr. Truong Khanh Toan (currently the Chief Accountant and a person related to the Company).

– Time of expected divestment: December 2018
