Swiftcurrent Partners, L.P. failed to buy and to sell the same volume of 2 million shares by November 29. Currently, the fund has 4,064,990 VSH shares.
Swiftcurrent Offshore, Ltd. also failed to buy and to sell the same volume of 3 million shares by by November 29. The fund currently holds 6,047,070 shares.
The two shareholders attributed their failure to the change in its investment program.
