Viet Nam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company (“Vinamilk”) reports the result of the public tender offer for GTN shares as follows:

–      Buyer: Viet Nam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company (HOSE: VNM)

–      Target company: GTNFOODS Joint Stock Company (HOSE: GTN)

–      Number of shares owned by Vinamilk before trading: 5,788,470 shares (2.32%)

–      Number of shares expected for purchase: 116,711,530 shares (46.68%)

–      Expected owning ratio after trading: 49% of the total issued shares of GTN

–      Number of bought shares: 90,066,426 shares

–      Number of shares owned by Vinamilk after trading: 95,854,896 shares

–      Owning ratio after trading: 38.34%
