According to Board Resolution No.28A dated December 02, 2016, the Board of Directors of Thanh Thanh Cong Tourist Joint Stock Company (VNG) decided to purchase the stake worth VND6,454,800,000, accounting for 19.8% charter capital of Ngoc Bao Tea Co., Ltd. by receiving the transfer from Thanh Thanh Cong Lam Dong Tourist Joint Stock Company with the transfer value of VND7,100,280,000.
