VC7: Feb 23 as Ex-date for 2012 AGM, 2011 Interim Cash Dividend

The company will hold the meeting on March 27 at the hall of Vimeco JSC, Lot E9, Pham Hung street, Trung Hoa, Cau Giay, Hanoi to pass 2011 business results, 2012 business plan, 2011 audited financial statements and other contents.

The firm will pay the dividend on May 18 at VND1,000/share.
