TTF: Discloses Forest-Planting Joint-venture

This is a two-member joint-venture company in which TTF holds 51% stake and OJI holds 49% stake.

With an initial capital contribution of $3.5 million from OJI Corp., the largest company in Janan and the sixth biggest in the world in forest planting and paper industry, the ability of TTF to invest in planting forest will be highly stable.

Currently, the two companies has been continuing to talk about a MOU to joint venture in Dak Lak. The profit from the joint venture will be recorded in Q2/2012 at the latest.

TTF expects to earn over VND70 billion net profit this year thanks to the profit from this joint venture to be recorded in Q4/2011.
