Vietnam National Seaproducts Corporation Ltd., which is related to Nguyen Van Tan, a member of the Board of Directors (BOD) of Seafood Joint Stock Company No 4 (TS4), bought 315,000 shares out of 500,000 shares registered to buy from Sept 6 to Sept 26 via order matching.
After the share purchase, SEAPRODEX raised its holding to 2,070,000 shares or 18% stake, compared to 1,755,000 units or 15.26% stake earlier.
