TNG: Dec 16 as Ex-date for New Share Issuance

1.  To pay share dividend to its existing shareholders at 1-for-10 ratio ( each shareholder holds 10 shares will get 01 new share). Newly issued shares will be rounded down to the units, odd shares (if any) will be cancelled.

2.  To issue 4,935,819 new shares for its existing shareholder at 1-for-3 ratio (each shareholder owns 03 shares can buy 01 new share) at VND10,000/share.

Newly issued shares will be rounded down to the units, odd shares and unsold shares (if any) will be offered to other investors at not lower than VND10,000/share.
