Bui Minh Tuan, member of Board of Directors (BOD) of Transimex Corporation (TMS), registered to buy 500,000 shares from September 18 to October 17, 2018 via order matching or put through, expecting to hold 5,038,713 shares or 11.666% stake after the deal.
