Bui Minh Tuan, member of Board of Directors (BOD) of Transimex Corporation (TMS), bought 163,686 shares out of 500,000 shares registered from August 15 to September 13, 2018 via order matching and put through, holding 4,538,713 shares or 10.509% stake after the deal.
Bui Minh Tuan is brother of Bui Tuan Ngoc, BOD Chairman of TMS.
