The company aims to pay 2012 dividend at equivalent to VND1,500/share, compared to VND2,000/share in 2011.
The firm plans to issue between 2 million and 5 million new shares to strategic partners and 4 million bonus shares to its existing shareholders this year.
In 2011, the HOSE listed firm made a net profit of VND20.36 billion on revenue of VND435.9 billion.
