TDM: Board approves the result of stock issuance

Thu Dau Mot Water Joint Stock Company announces the Board resolution dated June 03, 2019 as follows:

Article 1: The Board approved the result of public auction and private placement:

1. Public auction on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange on May 20, 2019:

–       Offering volume: 9,500,000 shares

–       Total ordered volume: 8,750,000 shares

–       Remaining volume: 750,000 shares 

2 Private placement:

–       Offering volume: 5,000,000 shares

–       Total ordered volume: 5,000,000 shares

3. Total remaining volume: 750,000 shares 

Article 2: The Board approved to continue the distribution of remaining shares to other investors:

–       Total remaining volume: 750,000 shares 

–       Offering price: VND27,500/share

–       Restriction period: 01 year
