TDH: Board resolution on stock and cash dividend payment

Thu Duc Housing Development Corporation (THUDUC HOUSE) announced the Board resolution dated June 11, 2019 as follows:

1. The Board of Directors approved a record date for issuing shares to raise capital from the owner’s equity:

–       Current outstanding volume: 81,634,927 shares

–       Treasury shares: 0 shares

–       Estimated issue volume: 12,245,239 shares

–       Exercise ratio: 100:15 (Those who own 100 shares will receive 15 new shares.)

–       Record date: June 27, 2019

–   Plan to deal with fractional shares: The shares distributed to each shareholder will be rounded down to units. The fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.

2. The Board of Directors approved a cash dividend payment:

–       Payment ratio: 10%/par value (VND1,000 for a share)

–       Payment method: in cash

–       Record date: June 27, 2019

–       Payment date: July 26, 2019
