TCO: Insiders Relatives Report Trading Results

Vu Thanh Nga, daughter in law of Vu Thi Phu, a member of the Board of Directors of the company, failed to sell 291,460 shares by March 23. Nga now holds 291,450 shares as before.

Ta Thu Lan, daughter Vu Thi Phu, sold 6,550 shares, cutting her holding to 45,270 shares in the company.

Le Thi Thuy Linh, daughter of Le Thai Cuong, Deputy CEO of the company, sold 30,000 shares by April 6, cutting her holding to 73,640 shares in the firm.

Le Thi Kim Oanh, wife of Le Thai Cuong, failed to sell her all 51,820 shares.
