HCMC – Thanh Thanh Cong Investment Company has purchased 16 million shares of Thanh Thanh Cong – Bien Hoa Company (SBT) to spur its holding to over 123.5 million shares, or a 24.93% stake.
HCMC – Hoang Minh Finance Investment Company (KPF) has announced September 27 as the record date for shareholders to receive 2016 and 2017 cash dividends at 3.5% and 6.5%, respectively. Payments will be made from October 25.
HCMC – Fecon Company has registered to sell over 10.6 million shares of Fecon Mining Company (FCM) to reduce its ownership from 36% to 10%, with transactions scheduled to take place from now to October 18. After the divestment, Fecon Company will remain the only major shareholder at FCM.
HCMC – Thien Viet Securities Company (TVS) has decided to sell 1.55 million treasury shares to supplement its working capital. The selling price will be market-driven but not lower than VND10,000 each. TVS share price has surged nearly 60% over the past year to around VND13,900 each.
HCMC – Hoang Thi Xuan Huong, a relative of Deputy General Director Hoang Duc Huy of Hoa Sen Group (HSG), has acquired five million HSG shares to secure a 1.3% stake in the enterprise.
HCMC – An Phu Irradiation Company (APC) said its net profit rose 26% year-on-year to VND34.8 billion in the first half of this year. The firm beat its full-year profit target by 5%. Its revenue rose 18% to VND79.3 billion in the period.
HANOI – Phuc Hung Holdings Construction Company (PHC), which operates in the fields of construction and infrastructure development, has received approval to move its listing of 50 million shares to the Hochiminh Stock Exchange. It is currently trading shares on the Hanoi Stock Exchange. In 2018, the firm plans to issue 4.2 million shares for its existing shareholders at a 1-for-5 ratio at the price of VND10,000 each.
HANOI – 1.1.6.8 Construction Company (MST) has passed a resolution to transfer 4.5 million shares at Song Hong Trade and Service Development Company, raising at least VND46 billion. MST is holding a 45% stake in Song Hong Company and a 9.1% stake at Traffic and Urban Infrastructure Construction Company.
