HCMC – Khang Dien House Trading and Investment Company (KDH) has announced June 11 as the ex-dividend date for a 2018 dividend payment, including a cash dividend at VND500 per share and a stock dividend of 5%. The firm will also give bonus shares to existing shareholders at a 25-100 ratio (25 new shares for every 100 existing shares held).
HCMC – Viglacera Corporation (VGC) has received approval from the Hochiminh Stock Exchange to move 448.35 million shares to the HCMC bourse from the Hanoi Stock Exchange on May 29. The shares will be traded at a starting price of VND19,900 each. HOSE applies a trading band of 20% to debut listings.
HANOI – SHB Finance Company has completed issuing the fourth tranche of certificates of deposits (CDs) with a total value of VND300 billion, which was conducted through the book building process. These CDs come with a 12-month tenor and an annual interest rate of 10.3%. On April 25, SHB Finance successfully issued the third tranche of CDs with the same interest rate.
HANOI – Sai Dong Urban Development and Investment Company (SDI) targets a net profit of VND2.1 trillion in 2019, up 4-fold against last year. SDI made a consolidated net profit of VND831.7 billion from its revenue of VND110 billion in the first quarter of this year, up 4-fold and down 89% year-on-year, respectively.
HANOI – Home Credit Vietnam Finance Company has launched a new loan registration feature on its mobile app, permitting customers to register for new cash loans within two minutes. After installing the app, new customers can check special loan offers and select the amount, ranging from VND10 million to VND40 million, and apply for a loan.
