HCMC – Huynh Bich Ngoc, mother of Dang Huynh Uc My as board member of Thanh Thanh Cong – Bien Hoa JSC (SBT), has registered to buy 10 million SBT shares from June 19 to July 18 to increase her stake in the firm from 1.06%, or some 5.5 million shares, to 2.96%, or 15.5 million shares.

HCMC – Travel Investment And Seafood Development Corporation (DAT) has chosen June 24 as the ex-dividend date to pay a 2018 dividend of 5% for its shareholders in shares. That means DAT will issue over two million new shares.

HCMC – Masan Group Corporation (MSN) said it would issue over 5.7 million shares under an employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) between June 14 and June 25, with each share worth VND10,000. The ESOP shares would not be restricted from trading.

HCMC – Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation (KBC) plans to issue VND200 billion worth of non-convertible, secured bonds at a par value of VND100,000 per share. The bonds will have a term of 24 months with negotiable interest rates.

HCMC – Phung Van Bo, board chairman at Tien Bo JSC (TTB), has registered to buy 2.5 million TTB shares between June 19 and July 12. He currently holds more than 7.4 milion TTB shares, or a 16% stake.

HANOI – HDI Global SE, a major shareholder of PVI Holdings (PVI), has registered to purchase three million PVI shares from today, June 17, to July 16. The corporte shareholder currently owns over 92 million PVI shares, or a 39.84% stake.

HANOI – Hai Phong Hoang Ha Paper JSC (HHP) looks to issue 1.5 million shares to pay a dividend for its shareholders in shares at a 0.15-for-1 ratio. The issuance would be made this year after it gets approval from the State Securities Commission.
