2. Approving to appoint Mr. Tran Quang Tien as the representative of stake of Sotrans Logistics Com. Ltd.

3. Approving to appoint Mr. Dang Vu Thanh as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) cum Legal Representative of Sotrans Logistics Com. Ltd.

4. Approving the termination of operation of branch at Ha Noi.

5. Approving the termination of operation of representative office at Binh Duong.
