SLS: Discloses 2018 AGM Resolution

1. Business results for 2017-2018 fiscal year (FY).

+ Total revenue: VND600.73 billion

+ Net profit: VND115.93 billion

+ Dividend in cash at 30% of charter capital

2. Business plans for 2018-2019 FY:

+ Total revenue: VND900.65 billion

+ Net profit: VND20.1 billion

+ Dividend: 10% of charter capital

3. Strategic plan for 2018-2023 period: maximizing its current source, developing and expanding in a selected way in accordance with area priority, ensuring annual average growth rate from 7% to 10%.

4. Electing Board of Directors (BOD), Supervisory Board (BOS) for 2018-2023 period:

+ BOD includes Dang Viet Anh (chairman), Tran Ngoc Hieu (vice chairman), Nguyen Truong Chinh, Tran Thi Nhi, Thai Van Hung (members)

+ BOS includes Nguyen Thi Thuy (chief supervisor), Nguyen Van Minh, Nguyen Van Tai (members).

5. Shareholders also approved other contents such as reports of its Board of Directors (BOD), Supervisory Board (BOS), report of BOD on implementation of its investment projects from 2016 to present, payments for its BOD, BOS, revising its charter and operation regulations, authorizing its BOD to elect auditing firm for 2018-2019 FY, etc.
