11. Record date: July 01, 2019
12. Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.   

For example, if shareholder A owns 108 shares at the record date, he will receive 10 new shares. The fractional part (0.8 share) will be cancelled.
