565 JSC. has become a major shareholder of Saigon Infrastruction Real Estate Investment JS Co. (SII) after buying 520,530 SII shares by October 12.
After the share purchase, 565 JSC. now holds 2,238,320 SII shares or 5.6% stake compared with 1,7197,790 units or 4.3% stake earlier.
