The company has passed the plan to issue 1.2 million new shares to strategic partner (Nguyen Xuan Phu- chairman of Sunhouse Group) in the form of private placement.
The firm has also passed the restructure of its assets and appointed Nguyen Xuan Phu as member of Board of Directors to replace Le Phuc Tung for 2011-2016 term.
