SHB: Board Resolution (July 17, 2018)

Article 1: Approve issuing the credit limit of VND 700,000,000,000 to Saigon- Hanoi Securities Joint Stock Company following the content of Report of Board of Creditors of SHB issued on 22/06/2018

Article 2: General Manager is responsible for commanding related entities to implement the procedures on verifying the credit documents, implementing disbursement, managing collateral and managing debts for customers in accordance with the regulation of SHB and law on credit operations

Article 3: Members of Board of Directors, members of Board of Supervisors, General Manager, Vice- General Managers, Office of Board of Directors and related entities are responsible for implementing this Resolution.
