SCJ: to Hold 2018 EGM on Oct 12

+ Venue: Sai Son Cement JSC, Nam Phuong Tien Commune, Chuong My District, Hanoi.

+ Agenda: reviewed financial statements for the first half of 2018; plan of issuing additional shares for debts swapping; its current shareholder Nguyen Sy Tiep and his related persons will receive transfer of voting SCJ shares to raise their ownership to 80% stake of SCJ at the maximum without participating into a tender offer; SCJ will receive transferring of 86.7% stake of Sai Son II Cement and Construction JSC, after the share transfer, SCJ will hold 100% stake of Sai Son II Cement and Construction JSC and will move it into a limited company named Sai Son Cement One Member Co., Ltd.
