   1. Expect extractions for funds and social activities from profit after tax of 2017as the Annual General Mandate 2017

• Invest & develop fund: 10%/ profit after tax
• Bonus & welfare fund: 15%/ profit after tax
• Bonus for mnagement staffs: 2.24%/ profit after tax
• VND 450 million for social activities

• Production: 14,500 tons
• Sales: 13,500 tons
• Total revenues: VND 950,000 million

  1. Plan on investments – basic constructions of 2018, estimated to be about VND 20,754 million included: 13 categories of purchasing equipment and transportations; 03 major repairs of equipment
  2. Planned salary fund for labors in 2018; planned salary fund, remunerations for management staffs in 2018
  3. Extract for funds and social activities from profit after tax in 2018

• Invest & develop fund: 10%/ profit after tax
• Bonus & welfare fund: 15%/ profit after tax
• Bonus for mnagement staffs: 2.24%/ profit after tax
• VND 450 million for social activities

  1. Dividend payment of 2018 (planned): 30%/ share

3. Assign GM to direct and implement these following works:

   1. Appoint Heads and Vice heads of Departments as planned, prepare for the Annual GMS of 2018 as laws and the Charter of the Company
   2. Approve the resignation letter from Mr. Huynh Anh Minh – Vice GM as laws

2. Adjust the investments, basic constructions & fixed assets purchasing in 2018, increase the total values of investments from VND 20,754 billion up to VND 27.254 billion. Purpose: purchase addtionally 03 new equipment; Invest for noodles drying oven; Upgrade, repair the noodles packing factory, respond the demands of increasing the production serving sales
3. Approve documents for the Annual GMS of 2018; Report of BOD on 2017 and plan for 2018; Report of BOD on ter, III (2013-2017) and plan for term IV (2018-2022); Draft on adjusting, supplementing into the Charter and Draft of the Internal Governance Regulation and Voting Regulation
4. Approve: Report of BOS on 2017 and plan for 2018; Report of BOS on term II (2013-2017) and plan for term IV (2018-2022)
5. Approve the working regulation and the program for the Annual GMS of 2018
6. Approve the list of organizational board of the Annual GMS of 2018
7. Approve the list of elected Members of BOD and BOS until 27 Mar 2018, cases after this date will be consider and supplement if legal
