Reference exchange rate up 8 VND on Apr 23, 2019

With the current trading band of /- 3 percent, the ceiling rate applied by commercial banks for the day is 23,694 VND/USD and the floor rate is 22,313 VND/USD.



The opening hour rates at commercial banks saw light fluctuations. 



As of 8:15 am, Vietcombank and VIDB listed the buying rate at 23,165 VND/USD and the selling rate at 23,265 VND/USD, up 10 VND from the previous day. 



Techcombank maintained the same rates as on April 22, at 23,155 VND per USD (buying) and 23,255 VND/USD (selling). – VNA
