Reference exchange rate up 14 VND on February 19

With the current trading band of +/-3 percent, the ceiling rate applied to commercial banks during the day is 23,925 VND/USD and the floor rate 22,531 VND/USD.

The opening hour rates at most commercial banks saw a slight fluctuation.

At 8:20 am, Vietcombank listed the buying rate at 23,135 VND/USD and the selling rate at 23,305 VND/USD, unchanged from February 18.

However, BIDV cut 5 VND from both rates, with the buying rate listed at 23,165 VND/USD and the selling rate at 23,305 VND/USD.

Techcombank added 5 VND to both rates, listing the buying rate at 23,160 VND/USD and the selling rate at 23,320 VND/USD./.
