REE: BOD Resolution on AGM and 2015 First Dividends

On Feb 3, 2016, Board of Directors (BOD) of Refrigeration Electrical Engineering Corporation (REE) approved Feb 29, 2016 as record-date to hold its annual general meeting of shareholders (AGM) for 2015 fiscal year and to pay 2015 first dividends.

 

The company plans to hold its AGM on March 31, 2016 (8:00) at Hall of E.Town Building, No.364 Cong Hoa, Ward 13, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City.

 

The company will pay its 2015 dividends at 25% including 10% in cash and 15% in shares.

 

The company will pay its 2015 first cash dividends at VND1,000/share on April 1, 2016.
