PHT: Adds Purpose of Shareholder List Use

Phuc Tien Trade Manufacture JS Co. (PHT) announced to supplement the purpose of using the shareholder list on the record date of Oct 4 to seek its shareholders’ approval for listing additional 1,440,262 shares issued to pay share dividend to existing shareholders.

Shareholders must send their written opinions to the company before Oct 22, 2012.
