The Board approved to pay 2014 interim cash dividend at VND1,000/share. The firm will close the shareholder record list on August 29 and make payment on September 15 this year.
The Board also approved the plan to issue 20,181,250 new shares at 1-for-2 ratio to its existing shareholders to raise the firm’s charter capital.
