NBB: Discloses Way to Define Starting Price for New Share Auction

The starting price will be defined by 80% of the average price in 10 consecutive sessions before the date that the State Securities Commission (SSC) granted new share issue certificate.

In case, the starting price is not adequate, the BOD will decide the starting price according to the Item IV Article 2 of Resolution No. 36/NQ-DHDCD dated Sept 25, 2012. The BOD will send announcement to the SSC and the HSX on the starting price change.
