–       Stock type: common share

–       Par value: VND10,000

–       Number of outstanding shares: 1,163,149,548 shares

–       Number of shares expected to be issued: maximum 5,815,747 shares

–       Issue price: VND10,000/share

–       Time of implementation: expected in June 2019 or July 2019.
