In Q4/2011, the firm generated net revenue of VND2.8 trillion, up 34% from a year earlier. Net profit increased 48% on year to VND1.3 trillion (based on pro-forma method) in the period.
In the whole year, the company earned VND8.3 trillion net revenue, up 48.8% on year. Net profit reached VND3.3 trillion in the year, up 79% from 2010.
Masan Consumer, MSN’s subsidiary, posted a profit of VND2.46 trillion in 2011, up 96.5% on year while the industry growth is 11.8%.
