Mat Bao signed a strategic partnership on March 23 to become a Tier 1 Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) in Vietnam.
It will advise and provide information technology (IT) solutions on Microsoft’s CSP platform in line with international standards, aiming to provide comprehensive services, security, and the optimization of investment costs for businesses.
Typical Microsoft solutions and services including Office 365, Microsoft Azure, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Skype for Business, OneDrive, CRM, Exchange Online, and Yammer.
In the coming months, Office 365 will be the primary cloud product Mat Bao aims to pave the way for cloud technology to reach enterprises.
Most businesses are using Microsoft Office software but Office 365 will bring outstanding advantages, help businesses save more than with the old version while improving the performance of employees.
Enterprises using the solution will receive full technical support from Mat Bao.
Ms. Phan Tu Quyen, Senior Director of Microsoft’s strategic and business partnerships, told the signing ceremony that Mat Bao has been one of the pioneers in providing internet infrastructure since the early days and has developed in parallel with the development of the internet in Vietnam. “With such an experienced unit, along with strong financial strength and enthusiastic staff, we believe that Mat Bao will be a partner of potential with Microsoft in deploying cloud computing solutions,” she added. “It helps to improve the way businesses operate in Vietnam and stay abreast of global trends.”
Mr. Huynh Ngoc Duy, Managing Director of Mat Bao, said changing the perceptions of enterprises about the role and benefits of cloud computing is a major challenge. “Communication needs to be well-executed and strategically clear for each stage, enabling businesses to gradually access and experience cloud technology from the most basic to the most advanced,” he explained.
Established in 2002, Mat Bao is one of the first enterprises to provide internet infrastructure services in Vietnam. It has provided additional solutions for website development, e-commerce solutions and business process outsourcing (BPO) in the fields of human resources and customer care.
