The Board resolution dated May 05, 2019, the Board of Directors of Long Giang Investment and Urban Development Joint Stock Company approved to buy 960,000 shares of Rivera Ha Noi Joint Stock Company, accounting for 16% charter capital of Rivera Ha Noi.
After the transfer completes, Long Giang Investment and Urban Development Joint Stock Company will own 4,020,000 shares of Rivera Hanoi. Accordingly, the ownership ratio will increase from 51% up to 67% in Rivera Ha Noi.
