1. Approving to promote the progress of business and production activities, to combine with partners to perfect the technology, put the mineral processing plant of the project for quarry gold mine exploitation in Cao Ram, Luong Son District, and Bac Son Commune, Kim Boi District, Hoa Binh Province into operation.
2. Approving to amend its charter in accordance with the regulation.
