The EGM approved to the plan of restructuring the company, the new share issuing plan, the change in name, headquarters and business lines of the firm.
The EGM approved the dismissal of five members Board of Directors including Nguyen Tien Dung, Le Trung Kien, Vu Minh Thanh, Dang Van Lanh, Dang Thi Thu Phuong; and dismissal of three members of the Board of Supervisors namely Hoang Van Chung, Dang Quang Hoat, and Le Anh Chuc.
Besides, the EGM approved the new BOD members including Nguyen Cong Hung, Nguyen Van Long, Ta Anh Quang, Nguyen Ngoc Ha, Tran Long Hung; and BOS members including Tran Thi Thanh, Pham Duc Hoan, and Nguyen Thi Phuong Dong.
