The BOD appointed Nguyen Van Hoang as permanent vice chairman; Nguyen Quang Minh as CEO in place of Nguyen Van Phu who was appointed as Deputy CEO in charge of developing mineral exploitation projects; Le Duc Huy as Acting Chief Accountant.
