The firm targets a consolidated net profit of VND58.26 billion on total revenue of VND506.06 billion and dividend payout of equivalent to VND500/share in 2012.
The firm plans to issue bonus shares at 6-for-100 ratio and continue the plan to issue 6 million new shares to strategic partners and issue fundamental shares for the listing on the KOSDAQ this year.
In 2011, the HOSE listed firm made a net profit of VND3.9 billion on net revenue of VND361.5 billion.
