ILA: Board Resolution dated Jan 16, 2018

On 16 Jan 2018, TRT Joint Stock Company announced board resolution as follows:

Article 1: Authorize General Manager to decide:

Approve the purchase, sale and loan contract if their value are less than 35% total assets recorded on the latest financial statement of the company. Time of the authorization shall be determined until there is a replacement document.

Article 2: This resolution took effect from the date of signature. Members of Board of Directors, General Manager and related units take responsibility for performing this resolution.
