IDI: Decision on the dividend payment for 2017 & 2018

1. To pay cash or stock dividend for 2017:

–       Exercise ratio: 9%/charter capital

–       Time of implementation: no later than October 2018.

2. To pay first cash or stock dividend for 2018:

–       Exercise ratio: 11%/charter capital

–       Time of implementation: no later than October 2018.
